Improve with the AQ Personal Fitness Plan, helping you build solid, adaptive strength.

No spandex or sweating here. Your plan is a roadmap and cadenced schedule with short, simple exercises that strengthen targeted adaptive muscles.

The AQ Strength Gap Tool helps you decide which muscles to target first. You’ll improve any gaps in your core strength first, building a solid foundation to support your most inventive muscles.

A little neuroscience to get you exercising.

In the virtual gym, you’ll be introduced to exercises in your AQ Fitness Plan. You’ll tailor the easy-to-adopt exercises to your current fitness level and goals — and find alternate exercises when you’re ready for variety.

Within the gym, you'll meet up with your Cross-Training Group — five others you'll share goals and compare progress with.CTGs increase commitment and accountability, as do nudges and streaks. Nudges are quick, friendly reminders of your AQ Fitness Plan, and streaks track consecutive days of staying on plan, letting you get a little competitive with your peers.
